Refund policy

Products will only be accepted for exchange or refund if we have made an error in supplying an item, and if you contact us within 14 days from the date the products are delivered. Returns or exchanges are not permitted under any other circumstances.

We will supply you with a PDF courier ticket which you can print out and tape to the return box. Once this has been completed and you let us know it's ready for collection, we will arrange the courier.
